Scope of Supply

The Luas is Dublin's light rail system which was constructed by Ansaldo of Italy and MVM of Australia between 2001 and 2004, providing over 60 kilometres of rail across Dublin. Anord were selected by Ansaldo of Italy following an OJEU notice for the works and developed a close working relationship with the Naples based specialist over the course of the project. Anord provided all of the main LV AC switchgear, Monitoring Panels and DC switchgear for each of the main substations, along with essential and non-essential switchgear for every tram stop.
